CRO (Control Room Operator)

Job Description

A reputed Ferro Alloys manufacturing company is hiring Control Room Operators (CRO) for its Ferro Alloys production units.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor furnaces, raw material handling and auxiliary systems from control room panels/DCS/PLC.
Ensure stable furnace operation, correct tapping schedules, and adherence to process parameters and set points.
Communicate with field operators for smooth start‑up, shutdown and changeover activities.
Record production and process data, report abnormalities, and support safe handling of hot metal and gases.

Requirements
Diploma/ITI/Graduate with experience in control room operation in Ferro Alloys/steel/sponge iron or similar process plants.
Good understanding of furnace operation, raw material charging and utilities.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts and follow strict safety norms.
