Job Description

A reputed Ferro Alloys manufacturing company is hiring Automobile Mechanics for its transport and plant vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair heavy vehicles like dumpers, trucks, loaders and forklifts used in plant operations.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical faults and carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain service records, ensure availability of critical spares and support statutory fitness/compliance of vehicles.
Adhere to workshop safety standards and good housekeeping practices.

Requirements
ITI/Trade certificate in Motor Mechanic/Automobile or equivalent.
Experience in heavy commercial vehicle maintenance, preferably in mining/steel/ferro alloys environment.
Knowledge of engines, transmissions, braking systems and hydraulics.
