Role Overview

A leading ferro alloys manufacturing company in Siltara is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for plant and office positions. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and consultants, especially for plant and shop-floor roles.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications and hiring timelines.
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker and MIS reports for management review.
• Support HR activities related to joining formalities, documentation and induction of new employees.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment; experience in ferro alloys, steel or other manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with working knowledge of MS Office and HR tools/ATS.
• Familiarity with blue-collar and staff hiring for industrial plants preferred.

Work location: Siltara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
