DCS Engineer (Power Plant)

Job Description

A reputed Ferro Alloys manufacturing company is looking for DCS Engineers to operate and maintain its captive power plant control systems.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control boiler, turbine and auxiliaries through DCS for safe and efficient power generation.
Adjust operating parameters, perform start‑up/shutdown, and respond to alarms and plant upsets.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical and operations teams for smooth plant running and maintenance activities.
Maintain log sheets, support troubleshooting of process and instrumentation issues, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical or related branch.
Experience in DCS operation of power plant/steel/ferro alloys/metal industry preferred.
Good understanding of boilers, turbines, generators and control loops, plus strong safety awareness.
