Job Description

We are a leading Real Estate company in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized Female Receptionist to manage our front desk. As the first point of contact for our clients, investors, and visitors, you will play a key role in representing our brand image.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Warmly greet walk-in clients, property buyers, and investors. Direct them to the appropriate sales managers or property consultants.
  • Call Handling: Efficiently answer, filter, and forward incoming telephone calls. Take detailed messages and handle basic inquiries about running real estate projects.
  • Lead Coordination: Maintain a clean visitor logbook. Safely record client contact details and share new inquiries immediately with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Daily Administration: Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages, letters, and site-visit documents.
  • Office Presentation: Ensure that the reception and client waiting lounge area remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule conference room bookings for investor meetings, builder-buyer agreements, and vendor discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate degree in any stream (Highly preferred).
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive. Prior experience in a real estate office, automobile showroom, or luxury hotel is a big plus.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and Chhattisgarhi to connect with local buyers, along with a good working knowledge of English for corporate clients.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, specifically operating MS Office (Excel for maintaining client data and Word for letters).
  • Personality: Polite, patient, well-groomed, and confident.
